2520 years from 539, when Babylon fell the first time, is 1981. But if you add the 15 years Hezekiah added to the calendar, it comes up to 1996. This is exactly the end of the six days from Adam (6K years from 404 BC).

This also happens to be when things started changing rapidly. The White Squall movie Q points to as our beginning, for instance, came out at this time.

There are many other calculations of Scriptural time that agree with this too. The 390 years Ezekiel gives us, for instance stretch from King James order to give the people the Bible to 1997, the first year after the six days.

Also, it was not a hand the king saw doing the writing. It was only an incomplete hand, or "fingers."

This relates to the forces that started the Exodus in the time of Moses, represented therein as "lice" - entities too small to see or make a difference individually, but able to "in number" - just as anons today.
