I hope its addressing the rampant offshoring of jobs to foreign contractors by At&T. AT&T has fired/is firing 3000 to 4000 US citizens per quarter since 2014 and has no plans on stopping.

AT&T also offshores entire operations like the wireless operations center in Bron Czech republic. Also sensitive programming work and testing is done by Tech Mahindra in India. I'm pretty sure an Indian can easily be paid off to give back door access to anyone of AT&T's systems.
