Yes, Anons had COLOR photos even in the mid-1960's! Although most folks did not have color-capable cameras because of cost, the POLAROID camera was popular during the 70's- likely when the pic was taken (#44 born in 1961)
B&W yearbook photos were the norm until the 80's and later.
