Do you know anything about collectibles or antiques?
Like toys from decades past( 50's, 60's,70's,80's)
As far as collectibles they cover most anything you can think of. Pottery, books, toys, clothes, shoes, figurines,tools, kitchen items,art, video games, etc etc.
If you have anything you can sell( check ebay and other sites for what item is currently going for)
If you are not able to sell online, you can have a garage sale, get a booth at flea market for 20$( when you have enough stuff)
Garage sale is a good place to start.
Also if you have a box or 2 of good stuff you can go to antigue mall/place where people have indoor booths and sell stuff every month) and see if another dealer wants to buy your items.
You can find good items to re sell at other garage sales, estate sales,flea markets, thrift stores, sometimes on craigslist.
Just need to make sure you look stuff up before you buy, unless there is a field( toys, pottery, figurines) you know alot about.

I'm talking about finding a $100 item at a garage sale for 25 cents and selling it for 50 to 60, kek
Used to be one of my previous skills/jobs.
Was just like treasure hunting, and i can tell you some stories.( Like getting a stieff horse on wheels for 2 bucks on a sunday afternoon, when garage sale was finishing closing after being open all weekend. Horse was worth $300 to 500, i sold it to another dealer friend for about $200 because they collected them)
Or buying stuff animals with rubber faces from 50's and 60's and selling them to people in Japan for hundreds of dollars( when you can find them for a couple of bucks sometimes)
Or getting a bag of vintage barbie clothes from the 60's with the black and white barbie tag, for 1 dollar and then pricing value of bag at over 2k and then making hundreds off them.
It is a very good way to make extra money. Garage sale season is just starting( lots of treasures to be found)
