Anons do you think part of this op is to psychologically prepare anons for the future? If so, would it be reasonable that what Q is trying to teach us is that we need to be way more emotionally detached from this than we can be at times?
Specifically, in any war there will be surges where your men are beginning to break the enemy. If you get too horny during a surge, you over extend, your men die. If you get too flaccid during a surge, the enemy regroups, counter attacks, and your men die.
On the flip side there will be retreats. Areas of the field where your men are outmatched and are in dire need of support. If you get too horny during such a situation, you over commit men into their "rescue", the enemy counter attacks on your other flank, your men are overwhelmed, they die. If you are too flaccid and under commit men to their rescue, the men there die, the men "rescuing" them die.
Therefore, the MAIN THING a commander, and, to any extent possible his men, must have is the ability to remain calm during surges and retreats. That means remaining as objective as possible as much as possible during war.
Well anons, I don't think anyone here would argue that we're in a psychological war. Therefore anons it is our duty to remain as objective as possible throughout this process. To objectively examine the data, and continue to fight for the survival of the country.
