What is the penalty if someone is caught bringing a child into our country against their will (and they're NOT related)?

I'm assuming it is both kidnapping AND child trafficking, right?

Would the death penalty apply?

I need to know as I'm working on a theory to end illegal immigration once and for all.

Let's say the perp is coming from Honduras or some shithole similar. Could we extradite the child/woman trafficker to the country of origin? If so, could they face the death penalty there?
