The CIA has more or less been running the shop for a long time and competing with the military. Long run for CIA control with bush, Clinton, bush, Obama. Black hats and white hats on both sides, but CIA is basically the nastiest side of wall st, and has been their enforcer. This is the BANKS, and their alliances are always multinational.
DoD is the STATE and the command and control order is in conflict with the banks/cities who want currency.
We do have a game of chess that’s being played out quite interestingly…and seems to portend a new American order.
Will Gold + Cancellation of illegitimate debt (jubilee??) as a result of unwind of the 9/11 story and Chinese espionage place us into a new order? What other debts get annulled? What does international trade and finance look like???
