The worldwide intel network was set up at the end of WW2. It was comprised of former German spies, german POWs, Soviet POWs, soviet intel operatives and US mil.

It was done clandestinely with the cooperation of some in US Mil, coordinated (I believe) by Allen Dulles and international partners.

MI6 was in on the action.

Likely MOSSAD was formed from those roots too.

IMO, the UK set up Israel for spying & operations. Period. That's the whole point of the state of Israel - it is Rothschild's cult.
