I feel ya, I grew up in an area where I caught the wrong bus, had to walk through a "black" neighborhood and got jumped by a bunch of black kids, I can only guess because of being white.
I never had a "fair" one on one fight with blacks growing up either it was always mob mentality on their part. Some of that shit is really hard to unlearn.
I give that guy a lot of credit, not sure how many people wouldn't have shot. The ugly truth is you shoot, you maim, it's all on video, you lose everything.
