When I search for Claralyn Balazs, I got lead to a Crime & Killers page on FB. A comment on the post about her and her husband, Leonard Lake (old photo here) says that she is on FB as Lyn Kessler.

Leonard Lake, pictured with wife Claralyn “Cricket” Balazs. They met at a hippie commune near Ukiah in northern California. Balazs became involved in Lake’s fantasies and starred in the pornographic films he began to make.
