I read a post back when we were digging on Rachel Chandler and someone suggested that the person in this photo had been arrested decades ago for one of the most disturbing crimes I can imagine having to do with cooking and eating a baby in front of its mother right after it was born. Sorry for that mental thought. I think the connection is that Chandler took this photo of her meaning they are in contact to this day. But at any rate, does anyone know where that post is? Has anyone dug further on it?
