I have mentioned this before but with the recent information regarding Obama and Kenya I thought we should look into this further.

All of his appointments and laws he signed would have to be voided.

Another way to look at it is they can't just say….oh good one, you got us. Well I guess there is nothing we can do about those laws and judges.

Can't stand legally. No way. Kagan and Sotomayer would have to be removed and a lot of lower court judges. Plus Obama care and whatever else Trump hasn't already gotten rid of or reversed.

Do we have any Constitutional lawyers here?
