Don't be a dick, guy's probably in his 20s or younger. The kids are specifically not taught to take pride in anything. Almost all of them are like that. They basically need a miracle. Yeah, they're taught not to understand that either. You know how most Americans have automatic transmissions and completely take them for granted? The thing's a goddamn miracle of technology, a fluid coupling and an astronomy simulator somehow turned into a propulsion system controlled by a fluid filled labyrinth and a stack of discs. And no one bothers understanding even the basics! I don't want to offer pity in response to this situation, but a solution. Fuck if I can think of one though.
