I think it was military tribunal too but I think no name was neck deep in human trafficking and drugs across the border. I think somehow this plays an even bigger part than we realize. I think they're all cornered at this point and from my POV they're playing the game. It's literally down to who can act the least panicked for optics.
I have no proof and I use my gut instinct a lot.
