CF AND GUISTRA SHOWS UP YET AGAIN!

While digging for any connection between Ecuador and DS, I found a great deal of info on mining and oil. Following the trail, Guistra came to mind. Naturally when he is mentioned, CF has to be hiding in the slag heap nearby. Found a bunch of interesting names that need a bit of digging. Especially Luis Alberto Moreno, same last name as the President that does't like JA. Haven't found anything yet. Any help would be awesome.
