I'm curious how the Deep State can still control people via 4g mobile data satellite relays. Do they hack into the 4g system? I'd assume the White Hats would have control over this. I guess this means the Deep State certainly still has teeth.
When this is all said and done will there be sufficient safeguards put in to place to stop people in power from abusing this system?
