The natural process would be to vote for all candidates who ran on undoing all the Obama/dem actions and cfor ompensating victims of any financial/health damages because of them.
If Obama were a quack doctor and was associated with a hospital that knew that, I'm sure there would be legal consequences for both when the truth was exposed.
Not sure how government fraud would be different. I'd think there would have to be legal consequence for damage.
