That pic is water barrels for test flights… There are patents on the books for cloud seeding AKA chemtrails… What do they use to seed clouds? Metal Particulants (Aluminum, Barium, etc)… Not believing is silly… you can tell the difference between a contrail and a chemtrail easily… the latter is usually in a grid form, spans from horizon to horizon, and disperses into thin clouds (of which we now have a new scientific term for)…
Now if its harmful enough to worry about is another question… I think any barium and aluminum drifting down is a bad thing… also the Space Fence Theory… IDK but their are definitely planes seeding clouds with chemicals and particulants.
