I mean, let's be logical, they definitely have multiple such "assets" at their disposal to do false flags. So I think the aim from Q is for us to uncover something special.

He did say it must come organically. I am workfagging, so I don't have time to dig into this properly, but I think what he's hinting at is this:

They are STILL spying on the white house and they are using that info to determine when to launch their attacks. The white hats know they are bugged and have been simply feeding false info to them. I think Q needs it to come organically because [they] may have a law in place that prohibits the outright disclosure of this.

So it all boils down to this, not only did they falsely plant the FISA, but they used it to keep spying on the duly elected president to then actively undermine his policies. If that's not treason, I don't know what is. This is what drives Obama's shadow government actions.
