Looks like the building was repainted after the metal chute on the side was removed. Why did they repaint the disembodied "C" though? Right next to the new windows?
Repainted "C" is from the video of the explosion. Looks like a brand new building in the video, new water tower, new windows, and everything versus the 2019 pics from google maps. Not sure why this seems like fuckery. Also, a building exploded after a guy hit a pipe drilling in the sidewalk outside? How did the building fill up with gas if it was outside?
