My wife has been substitute teaching. Obviously I won't say where, but it's for one of the biggest school districts in our state.

Anyway, she saw students walking around yesterday carrying flyers for the upcoming walk-out. These particular flyers were allegedly made by students' PARENTS, encouraging them to protest and walk out of class next week.

It sounds like the superintendent for this county's school system is not in on it as the students are not being forced to protest, but it will still be allowed to happen. The teachers' hands are tied from disciplining any that do protest.

And that right there is a huge problem right now in this country —- the idiotic parents.

The school is NOT the stage to be used for such a protest, especially for something that's a national topic, but only because it fits an agenda. These students sure as hell weren't protesting after the Vegas shooting, or after the church massacre a short while later in Texas.

If the students are so concerned about their safety, then they need to take their protests to their local county's seat of government, and do their protesting THERE and on their own time. Not while at school where any kids will use that as an excuse to get up and leave class for a while.

The idiotic parents also explain why the standards in school are so shitty, and why kids today are at social and educational levels several years further back than we were in the 70s, 80s and 90s. Add in many of today's unruly students with severe attitude problems (even in elementary school), and there you go.

I sincerely hope that POTUS and team MAGA can help fix our school systems and set us on higher standards for social and academic excellence. It's shocking (and quite pathetic) to see just how far the schools have fallen over the past 20 years.

What's to stop something like Five Eyes (or even more sinister) from popping up in the future, some time after MAGA?

I'm loving this downfall of the "evil ones," but something tells me that all the work you guys and so many others have been doing behind the scenes is just temporary. What's to stop it from being reversed during the next president's administration?
