Israel's existence has been the root of much unrest in the Mideast and Islamic world. This needs to be fixed, but because it is the root, it has to be done last.
When we get to Israel, the Palestinian question will be solved. No more Palestinian state. The people will be told in uncertain terms by the rest of the Islamic world, that Judaism and Israel are at the heart of Islam. All Muslims are Jews. And all other Islamic countries will have accepted the concept of multiple ethnic groups living in peace. Palestinians will have to accept this and any who do not will be considered criminals by the entire Islamic world.
This will lead to a single unitary state of Israel. Many Palestinians will leave but in Lebanon and Syria and Jordan they will not find any support for attacking Israel. The Middle East will become a peaceful place again.
