I don't want to nitpick but I have a friendly tip for you guys: Mandarin for Thank You is 谢谢 (xie xie, 4th tone - sharp falling), there is no such sound in English but its near equivalent would be "shieh-shieh". It's not SHI SHI at any rate.
I think Trump is hinting towards the Roman numerals like the other anons.
