How are they considered publishers as per US law? What makes them publishers that are entitled to the protections of being such? Is it because they publish things? Are there standards and ethics that apply to publishers?
I was watching the Barr stuff yesterday and the day before. He kept coming back to the point of not disclosing information that will potentially harm the safety of people. There were a few points similar to this in the stuff that Doug Collins has been releasing on his .gov page.
