i called the phone number on the site. someone picked up after one ring…. i called BEFORE 7am.
who ever answered sounded like a child. the child then made some excuse to have an IT person call me back, which he did in 3 minutes.
IT guy was an adult sounding male (possible voice distorter??)
it was very very strange. please be advised
