Just like the entire movie, the JA arrest/news is being broadcast to the world, at this time, for a reason.
From what I can tell, there is really only one source of video from this "perp walk." (wondering if anyone else has seen more)
We are only going to be shown what those in control want us to see.
We can try to read between the lines, but in the end all we can really do is trust the plan.
It might even take a little bit of (gasp) faith.
