Interdasting. A fucking "property right" to hold a government job? Reminds me of a union shop I observed in the '80s. You couldn't move a computer from one lab to another without the notifying the Longshoreman's Union. A few days later three guys would show up and move the damn computer. You couldn't get anything done. They were able to almost completely strangle innovation.
