Who is pictured on the cover of the magazine being held by JA or the officer? I cant tell if they both have a hand on it or what bc JA is clearly pointing with a gloved left hand- showing btw what looks to be an excruciatingly long, possible ingrown nail, ouch!- which could be a result of prolonged medical treatment being denied. So, Is that Bloomberg on the cover?? Thoughts?
