Unrelated. Manning hacking was SIPRNet inside gov. facility. Had nothing to
do with DNC. Manning didn't even know how to crack a password, supposedly.
Dunno, but I'm sure there's a big optics play here. They released the
indictments almost immediately after the report of his arrest came out.
I think the thing was that he wanted to log in as another user so it
wouldn't be obvious it was him. He had to "hack" the other user's password.
