ATM, I think we have reason to believe that it was a signal but don't have enough information to know what it may have signaled. The grin in the paddy wagon makes it seem that the dominoes have just been given a push and JA has been able to give the signal he wanted to. Between this and the general tone of testimony from Barr, Mnuchin and Owens in the past few days, I have to believe that things are ratcheting forward at an increased pace. None of those three held back a thing. All delivered their messages and none of them gave the Dems a victory of any sort.
