Right. "WikiLeaks walks like a hostile intelligence service and talks like a hostile intelligence service." (Pompeo while at CIA).

Folks here get contradicted by the administration's own rhetoric, and still support bs charges because they've been told it's a ruse intended to 'out' bad actors.

NSA has all the 'dirt' one could ever need, and could furnish any investigation with reams of documentation, but it's somehow 'necessary' to play along with the make-believe notion that Wikileaks did anything other than publish evidence of criminal activity conveniently kept from public view, and to charge said publisher with conspiracy to 'hack' a government computer.

Supporters of these actions, basing that support on their faith in an anonymous source, lack anything remotely resembling principles.

Speaking of "optics", do you think it's coincidence CIA man Barr is the one determining which offenses will be aired to the public? If you think he'll be outing SIS & CIA skullduggery to Americans, as opposed to tying a bow on this around the necks of FBI/DOJ brass, you clearly didn't bother to 'dig' on his previous collusion in covering up intel crimes during the Reagan and Bush administrations.

Simple-minded sycophants trusting people they should know better than to trust.
