Yes the indictment was obtained in 2018 based on numbering. District will use a number, colon, two digit year, then type of case ("CR" = criminal), some other numbers (forgot wtf they're for) and the magistrate or district judge assigned to the case.
The one screenshotted was officially filed on 4/3. They've been unsealing them for a while now just not the "heavy hitters."
