This whole thing stinks…people aren’t taken into custody like that. First of all they don’t handcuff you with hands in front. Once you’ve been taken into custody and processed, they may front-cuff you during transport, but not until you’ve been processed. Also, they’re not going to let you be taken into custody with anything in your hands. I mean, think about it logically…are they going to give someone a potential weapon while being apprehended?
