Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe Assange and Manning were exposing illegal activity by ‘bad actors/black hats’ or misguided ‘white hats’ in the military (Clowns?).

The classification of such material would be invalid. If this arguement is made and accepted in court (and applauded by MSM boobs), it smooths the way for POTUS to DECLASS illegally classified material.
