I sincerely doubt if anyone owns enough of them to count as "stockpiling". Some people own as many as 2 or 3 but they almost never come out of their industrial grade safes.

ALL I 'believe' is that Assange was taken from the Ecuadorean embassy and put in a van. Having no way to determine otherwise, I'm going to assume that the person holding the book was, in fact, Julian Assange and that the people removing him were, in fact, British police. All else remains to be established.
