This is one of the reasons why DHS has a new director. Sanctuary cities are not legal, and ICE is an immigration enforcement agency. Enforcement policy is an administrative thing. The president is within his right to tell them what the policy should be—as long as they are not violating immigration laws. He should bus them to New York City, and all of California's cities and to every other Sanctuary city.
