I need to do s lot of research, but I think the OIG is a keystone or the keystone, because how would people ever learn the truth. Truth is the Keystone and truth tellers are the keystone. A keystone opens the door, the wall, the blockages that prevent people from understanding what is happening. This is just my take. But TRUTH must be part of the mission of the keystone of nothing else.
