Even the Democrats now say that our Southern Border is a Crisis and a National Emergency. Hopefully, we will not be getting any more BAD (outrageous) court decisions!

IIRC, the summary is limited to indictments, but it overlooks the fact that some disctricts have a policy that 100% of indictments are filed, sealed.

Plus, the summary is cumulative, so the number is guaranteed to always increase. There is no mechanism in the "analytical" method to reduce the total.

Plus, the summary has no historical baseline for comparative purposes. Plus, how many "bad guys" do we really think are at a level that represents "Q interest"? 100,000? LOL.

The state is either going to pay students, or it is going to hire lawyers to provide the legal representation. "If you can not afford a lawyer, one will be provided for you."

I agree with that, for sure. Representing people in the country illegally is an industry, and one that governments LIKE. A bit like prohibition. It's a living for people on both sides of the issue, the criminals, and the cops/judges/lawyers/prisons. Both sides will lobby for more business.
