It was a KC10 tanker up yesterday using that call sign. My thought: MOVER is a call sign used by a tanker wing out of NJ. Listed here: http://www.udxf.nl/MCL.pdf. If you remember AF1 using Q0 and how that translated into Q+, I think a similar thing went on. Look at 7 key on phone, PQRS. Pilots punch in call sign like old school texting. So went they went to enter the “R” they didn’t push the 7 key enough times. Call signs use numbers after for that particular flight, in this case, 45. Now, what are the odds that the pilots accidentally goofed up and entered a ‘Q’ instead of a ‘R’ AND it just happened to be a flight using 45 as part of the call sign. Imo, deliberate but with plausible deniability.
