I think I see the play with assange's arrest and impending extradition to the US:
In exchange for testifying that the clinton emails came from seth rich, assange gets a pardon or immunity. This testimony will be used as the basis to put the clintons away, and they can follow all of the other crap down the line through the rest of the DNC.
