Hands are together in front, not behind, cuffed and then uncuffed. Don't see any chains to ankle cuffs so he could have walked down the stairs on his own legs.

JA is in captivity or is he freed? Was he in captivity inside the embassy or was he free then? Has he been controlled or has he been out of control? What liberties did he take – has he exercised – has he given up – has lost?
