I think maybe we need to inject some facts. Chart of electromagnetic spectrum pic related.
Point is that memes using terms like "Frequency Radiation" as a scare tactic are not using accurate terminology, and therefore are suspect.
The entire EM spectrum consists of radiation and frequencies. (And wavelength, the reciprocal of frequency).
Life depends on some of this radiation, for example the visible spectrum that causes plants to grow and enables our visual system to work. Heat = infrared radiation.
So just using a term like "frequency radiation" is, to put it nicely, nuts.
If someone has a real point to make they will be more effective if their terminology is precise and meaningful.
