Worth taking the time to frame-by-frame view this. I hadn't yet–probably old news.
The glitch at 17 seconds in can be precisely located (I used Quicktime). I then single-frame advanced it from the 1st frame of "0:17" secs and counted frames until the Obama LOGO on rear "wall" disappeared. It was the 8th frame. I repeated this process 3 times–very consistent. So the "O" logo disappears at 0:17secs and 8 frames. Anagram for "187"
It remains missing/cloudy for duration of 17th and 18th seconds.
I think the message is clear. I actually think the ENTIRE speech content can be "interpreted" beyond the surface text.
