He SHOULD point out how Mayor Buttplug SQUANDERED all of the money Mike Pence granted South Bend. SO BADLY, FOR HIS OWN PERSONAL GAIN, that it nearly warrants a do over. Mike Pence should think on that. South Bend deserves a do over.
