Fredrick Brennan, aka Hotwheels, was the original owner of 8chan. He says he found a mysterious blue Q in his secured room, with a note on the back that said: SOON.
I think this could relate the the Q drop about SOON when JA appears in the news.
Rex reads Q, and used to have a post that discussed Q pinned at the top if his twitter account.
MOAB is a term linked to the public revelation of Q (especially on 24 April 2018).
