Partway through deciphering the capital letters in Trump's tweets. He is using Q abbreviations, and for some reason, he is separating names with other letters. Example:

In New York State, Democrats blocked a Bill expanding College Tuition for Gold Star families after approving aid for illegal immigrants. No wonder so many people are leaving N.Y. Very Sad!

Unnecessary capital letters: BCTGSS

BC = Bill Clinton

GS = George Soros

TS = ?

Also, some are backwards. Some tweets include an all caps word, or a word in quotes, or a number. Not sure if it's a cipher offset, but it doesn't seem to be.
