Followed Payseur up to Western Union and AT&T ownership, sometime around the 1800s if memory serves correct. Lost the whiff of the spore there. Don't know if they still have a hand in those companies or not. If so, got to have lots of control. Think of all the Western Union transactions per day WW. Think of AT&T being handed the infrastructure of the internet when it was introduced to the public at large.
