They are almost all Labour MPs and the Labour leader Corbyn has come out and said Assange should not be shipped to the US.
There is a general election coming and PM May's deal for Assange appears to be contingent on destroying Corbyn and the Labour party's chances in the election. Corbyn has ties to the IRA, Hezbollah and Iran.
