Ninth circuit court issued a stay on Friday in favor of Trump policy forcing asylum seekers to wait in Mexico until the case can be heard in an American court.

I believe this happened after POTUS threatened to send all the illegals to sanctuary cities.

They shit their pants thinking POTUS "just might" do that and that would be a massive red pill for the entire nation to see how harmful/expensive illegal immigration truly is.

Thanks Anon. Just caught my eye being the "9th circuit court". I can not remember (if ever) that they ruled in favor of POTUS. Early next week they get a chance to have the stay removed, so I hope Trump keeps scaring them with the idea.

the court set a date early next week (Monday or Tuesday) for the opposition to argue for removal of the stay. Will be keeping an eye out on that one
