the only oversight the Congress has is from THE PEOPLE
and many states have statutes that prevent a RECALL of elected federal representatives
now– if a RECALL ban was disputed in court
maybe we could change it
If the people had the power to IMMEDIATELY remove a congress person for actions they are taking that is detrimental to their state
or when the people have discovered FRAUD or IMMORALITY or OTHER OUTRAGES
they can call for a RECALL
to prevent any further damage
There are enough illegals for every city/town/state.
No fighting over them.
There are plenty for all.
They don't get to choose either. All random.
